How FreshCheq is Priced by Restaurant Owners, for Restaurant Owners

There are many ways that companies price the software that businesses use to manage food safety and their daily processes. Some charge by the user or feature and others require you to purchase specific hardware. Prices range from $300 to $3000 per year. Discounts are often made for large group deals. Functionality varies on every app. It is common to include the ability to do your food safety checks.
 
From there, features range from audits, checklists, scheduling, label printing and more. Most companies, though not all, have the customer do their own setup, but offer support. FreshCheq’s pricing is very simple. We have 3 options, a monthly, yearly or a 2-year plan. The monthly plan is $45 a month and you can cancel any time. Our annual plan is $449. You get about a 2-month discount to sign up annually and 90% of our customers sign up this way. Our third option is a 2-year plan. The discount is the same as the annual plan except we also include a free tablet with the 2-year plan.
 
There is no setup fee.
 
We have lifetime pricing. Once you sign up, you will always renew at that price, regardless of any future price increases. All current and new features are included in the subscription. We have no limits to the number of logs you can create or the number of users on the platform at each location.
 
We will do the setup with and for you. We help create the logs our customers want to use and offer free web training for our customers.
Our goal is to make startup very easy. We want to get a store to the point where all they need to do is add their employees and determine when each user will receive their alerts.
 
No hardware is required. As we add optional hardware options, we will source them and let you buy them for cost.

Our corporate portal for multi-unit operators ensures easy compliance over multiple locations and group reporting is included and allows you to schedule audits for store inspections, as well as EcoSure and Steritech self-audits.
 
We will roll out scheduling in mid-2020.
 
There is no right way to do it. As restaurant owners for the past 28 years, our goal was to build useful, easy to use software that would engage our staff and that would help all restaurants improve while being at a price point all could afford.
